Since 1993, Robert has worked with numerous attorneys as an expert witness, consultant, and appraiser. He has advised his clients, and helped them prepare cases and has testified in several trials.

Expert witness rates are as follows:

Residential Appraisal $425
Commercial Appraisal call for bid
Consultations $75 per hour
Court Testimony $125 per hour
