In the case that we have let you down, either by providing you a report that is unsatisfactory, or not in a timely manner, we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right with you.
In such a case please do not hesitate to contact us via our website form here. We will do our very best to make it right with you. Each situation is different. Sometimes a client might want us to reconsider an additional comparable. Sometimes the clients see a typographical error. There are occasional times when it takes longer to deliver the report and the client would like to express his concerns.
Again, in about 98% of cases, we deliver service that meets or exceeds the client’s expectations. However, if you feel a refund or other compensation is best, please contact us and we will do everything we can to compensate you for your efforts.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not issue a refund for a value opinion disagreement, unless the client provides substation and demonstrative data suggesting that our value estimate is not reasonable.
