The appraisal industry standards warrant that we keep records of all appraisals completed and the complete work-file for at least seven years. We maintain a work-file with all appraisals we complete for up to 10 years. At no time will we share any such information with any party other than the client, or the intended user, provided that the client authorizes us to send a report to the intended user. Typically, the client will provide the intended user a copy of the report.

The industry standards for delivering an appraisal report is typically either a PDF or XML file transmitted to the client’s email, which they provide.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
