PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

Professional Real Estate Appraiser Since 1990

  • Completed over 14,000 appraisal assignments
  • Appraisal assignments include: residential homes, apartment homes, apartment communities, vacant land, residential home sites (lots), residential condominiums, office condominiums, mixed use properties, horse farms, places of worship, shopping centers, subdivisions, industrial buildings, retails buildings, places of worship, vacant land and special purpose facilities
  • Appraisals were completed promptly and in compliance with USPAP, FIRREA and all other professional standards                  
  • Review appraisal: completed over 1,000 appraisal reviews for banks, mortgage companies and other appraisers
  • Appraisal Training / Supervision: taught, supervised and trained candidates for the appraisal certification process          
  • Supervised numerous associate appraiser candidates through the certification process
  • Many appraisal certification candidates received their certificates and went on to form their own appraisal business
  • From 1997 to 2006 managed an appraisal staff of nine full time appraisers
  • Expert witness and appraisal work for attorneys and courts. Prepared appraisals for attorneys who were working on legal cases involving real estate disputes
  • Testified in trials when real estate values were in dispute
