Founded in 1995 by Robert Hall under the name Appraisal Professionals, Inc. we grew to become one of the largest real estate appraisal companies in the states of Kentucky and Indiana. In 2012 we updated our name from Appraisal of Kentucky, a name that best describes the scale and scope of our mission and values.
In 2021 we incorporated under the name AppraisalKY, LLC, DBA Appraisal of Kentucky. We service a wide range of counties in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
Our firm specialized in commercial, industrial, office and multifamily. We also complete residential appraisals and are certified to complete FHA, VA, USDA, & conventional appraisals.
