We are very competitive on all of our fees. We do not charge extra for out of county appraisals. We send an invoice at the time of the appraisal and payment should be received within 30 days of invoice. Appraisal fee payments are not based on when a loan is closed, rather when the requested appraisal is finished and delivered. We are happy to collect a check from the home owner at the door and discount the appraisal fee $50.00 for COD.
